Design an alignment device that can realize the efficient connection of fan impeller assembly in the air (Gross weight＜1500kg).

To protect the common ecological environment of mankind and achieve green and sustainable development, China vigorously promotes the development of renewable energy. The development and utilization of wind energy , as a green and clean energy source, plays an important role in increasing energy supply and adjusting energy structure.The construction of wind farms is always where investment of national energy is focused on. A wind farm contains dozens of wind turbines, and the installation & assembly of each wind turbine must be completed with the assistance of a heavy duty crane. The operation procedure includes: lifting and installation of tower sections, nacelle & electric motor, and rotor. Attaching the rotor to the nacelle is performed at a height of more than 80 meters makes it difficult to operate with high risk to adjusting the rotor until the bolts on the hub may go into the bolt bores on the nacelle with a crane.
The following requirements shall be met in the research and development of the technology and device for alignment of the wind turbine rotor in the air:
1. The alignment shall have guiding and positioning functionality. The alignment device shall be able to adjust the position of the rotor and guide the rotor to align with the nacelle. The alignment process must safe and efficient.
2. After the positioning is completed, the alignment device should be detached from the impeller or engine room and reusable by simple operation.
3. The alignment device should be simple in structure and light in weight, so as to reduce the influence on the weight of the object to be lifted (the total weight is less than 1500kg/set).
4. The alignment device should be commercialization feasible (cost less than RMB 100000 yuan / set).

1. Device structure diagram (3D) and schematic diagram of mechanism; The device structure diagram and principle schematic of mechanism can be presented electronically. The content should be expressed clearly and completely, i.e. not only the overall structure scheme should be shown, but also the local details should be highlighted.
- Submit design 2D drawings, A3 format, JPG format (electronic files)
-The accuracy of 300dpi images
-Only 3 pages for each work. 2. Prepare feasibility demonstration report and detailed plan implementation manual and calculation statement.
-The project proposal should be presented in the form of A4 Word file, in which the data should be detailed and accurate, full of clear expression, illustration and text. 3. Video or animation can be used to demonstrate the innovative work for helping explain the implementation plan and show effect;

1. Innovation degree, feasibility, user value, design detail degree and visual aesthetics are taken as scoring criterions, and total score is 100.
-Innovation degree: the conception is exquisite and novel, with new technology, new process, new structure, new function, new configuration and new method available. (25 scores)
-Feasibility: strong practicability, applicable in terms of process and economy, and possible to produce in batch. (25 scores)
-User value: excellent operability and security assurance are available with user experience oriented. (20 scores)
-Design detail degree: clear overall design scheme, complete function, accurate and detailed expression of key structures, and reasonable layout. (20 scores)
-Visual aesthetics: aesthetics and visual appeal are available, perfect in configuration and color. 2. Organization award evaluation: organization level, the number of participants, and the quality of works selected are taken as evaluating criterions.
1.The competition is free of entry fee and evaluation fee. The travelling expenses for the competition and accommodation expenses in Xuzhou of the participants will be borne by XCMG.
2.The prize for each winner in this competition is the pre-tax amount, and XCMG will pay taxes for the winners according to law.
3.The participants shall ensure that the works submitted are the original designs of themselves (or the team) and that there are no disputes in terms of imitation, plagiarism or intellectual property rights.
4.All disputes about intellectual property rights or trade secrets arising from the plagiarism of another's works shall be borne by the party concerned, and no relationship with XCMG; while XCMG has the right to cancel the qualification of the party concerned for participating in competition and withdraw the relevant reward if awarded.
5.XCMG shall have the right to exhibit, publish and publicize all the entries.
6.The specific requirements, rules and arrangements about the competition will be set out and announced by XCMG in due time, and the final right of interpretation belongs to XCMG.
